Compatibility

What cameras are supported? Currently supported cameras are: DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Advanced T, DJI Zenmuse H20T and DJI Matrice 30T.
Can I use images from other manufacturers? No. Currently, only DJI thermal camera images are supported.
What file format is supported? The supported file format is the original .jpg from the DJI thermal camera. All images should be included in a .zip file.

Operation

Can I convert multiple images at once? Yes. The system allows for the conversion of large quantities of images included in a .zip file.
What do I get after the conversion? All converted images in the .tiff format with the original radiometric information. Optionally, the radiometric information can also be obtained in .csv format.
Why do the converted images appear as white rectangles in the image viewer? This is the expected result and is due to the file type. Converted images should be imported into specific software (Metashape, PIX4D, etc.) to use color channels. You can also check the result with specific viewers capable of reading .tiff files with raw data (we recommend ImageJ).

Can I try the conversion in some way? Yes. Once registered, you will receive a free trial of the system.
Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want? Yes. You can cancel the subscription at any time as long as it is active. Please note that, if you do not cancel, the subscription will be automatically renewed in the next billing period.
